It's Santa's List Day!
Find Out How You Can Make Santa's Nice List This Christmas
Donate at The Salvation Army Red Kettle
Some of our incredible, national partners, who we are sure to be on the "Nice" list, have generously allowed us to place our kettles at their stores. So bring a little extra cash when you're out shopping at Bass Pro Shops, Big Lots, Boscovs, Herb Philipson's, Hobby Lobby, JC Penney, Macy's, Price Chopper, Sams Club, Tops Friendly Markets, Walgreens, and Walmart.
Start an Online Fundraiser
Standing in the cold, ringing a bell may not be your thing but neither is being listed on Santa's "Naughty" List. Before you google "Uses for coal," we invite you to visit http://fundraiseforgood.org to start your fundraiser from the comfort of your couch or office. Start a team and get your co-workers on board for a little friendly competition. No matter what you raise, Santa is sure to notice your Christmas spirit!

Volunteer to Ring the Bell at The Salvation Army Red Kettle!
Ring the bell at The Salvation Army red kettle this Christmas, and you’ll help raise money to fund our initiatives all year long. On average, just 60 minutes of red kettle bell ringing yield enough in donations to feed 13 people. Additionally, one hour of bell ringing typically raises enough in donations to fund 10 nights of emergency. Ring as an individual, with family members, your co-workers, community group or church. We have a variety of convenient locations and times.

The Salvation Army offers many opportunities throughout the holiday season to volunteer. Serve a holiday meal, serve during one of our Christmas distribution days or find out ways you can support The Salvation Army's Christmas efforts in your area.
Host a Countertop Kettle at Your Organization
Your business could host a small counter kettle near your cash register or reception area during the holidays. Contact your local Salvation Army Worship & Service Center for details.
Reach Angel Status - Select an Angel Tree Tag or Host an Angel Tree
The program is simple: The Salvation Army provides “Angel Tree Tags” to be hung on your organization's Christmas tree. Co-workers can choose a tag and purchase the requested gifts, drop them at a pre-determined collection site and The Salvation Army will deliver the gifts for the children and vulnerable seniors to open on Christmas morning. If your office isn't hosting an Angel Tree, you can pick up Angel Tree tags at your local Planet Fitness, area malls, and even some Walmarts!
Work with your local Salvation Army to determine non-perishable food needs for holiday food baskets or to replenish the food pantry shelves in time to meet January demand from local families in need. Collect items at your office, your church, in your neighborhood or at your school. Contact your local Salvation Army for more information.
Adopt a Family
Show an entire family that you care. The Salvation Army provides you with information on a family including number and ages of children as well as their needs and wants for Christmas. You and your family, class, or officemates, divide up these needs and make Christmas a little brighter by providing gifts for Christmas morning. The Salvation Army will deliver the items to the family on your behalf (not available in all areas). Contact your local Salvation Army Worship and Service Center for more information.
Sponsor a Red Kettle
Your group or company can sponsor a kettle any amount of time throughout our bell-ringing season. We will graciously post your group or company name at the kettle to show your support of those in need in our community. Make it a group or office event by signing members or employees up to ring at your sponsored kettle.Christmas
